Doron Rosenblum is the Managing Director of eToroX, the blockchain division of eToro – the worldwide leading social trading platform. He brings with him decades of experience across multi-disciplinary IT projects and operations, having worked successfully with many large enterprise and retail customers, and international technology vendors. Dr Friederike Ernst is the COO of Gnosis, a Gibraltar based blockchain startup building decentralized infrastructure on top of ethereum. Gnosis also holds a license from the GFSC for offering prediction markets on real world events to retail users. Beside her position at Gnosis, Friederike is co-host of the long running and very popular weekly blockchain podcast Epicenter as well as a founding member of the German Blockchain Association and its first secretary-general (2017-19).

Friederike trained as a physicist and after her PhD worked in fundamental research for several years, first at Columbia and then at Stanford, before dedicating herself to blockchain technology full time. Eric Wall is the Chief Investment Officer of the Scandinavian cryptocurrency investment firm Arcane Assets. He was previously the Cryptocurrency & Blockchain Lead of Nasdaq-owned Cinnober, and led the company’s enterprise blockchain projects in DLT-powered securities. Eric graduated from The Faculty of Engineering, Lund University in 2016 with a master thesis titled “How to Create a Distributed Securities Depository Using Blockchain Technology and Smart Contracts”.

Sven has had a multi-faceted career beginning with a 13-year finance career in London initially with a brief period at a proprietary trading company and later with a FTSE 250 financial company where he focused on esoteric financial products with a focus on tax mitigation.  After leaving London he moved to Berlin where he joined a Business Intelligence (BI) startup as head of sales where he was for 4 years.  In 2016 he left to pursue Crypto investment and trading which culminated in joining Kraken is 2017.  After leaving Kraken in 2018 he founded PostRaise which helps Crypto businesses to build a multi-jurisdictional portfolio of Fiat Banking relationships. 

Joey is considered as one of the pioneers of regulation in virtual currencies and distributed ledger technology. He was recognised by Chambers & Partners as one of the top 12 lawyers in the world in this space in the first ever Global ranking in 2018, and co-chaired the Gibraltar Government’s working group on Blockchain for 3 years which was established to develop the infrastructure to accommodate a specific DLT regulatory framework in Gibraltar.

Anthony Provasoli is a Partner in Hassans International Law Firm and co-leads the firm’s FinTech team. Anthony has been advising on cryptocurrency and blockchain related work since 2014 and has been very involved in promoting the regulation of crypto currency related business in Gibraltar. Anthony assisted the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission in preparing the guidance notes for the DLT Regulations and has advised a number of high profile cryptocurrency businesses and DLT providers.
